Billing and handling cash at the counter

At the start of the shift

Count the cash in the drawer with your supervisor and note it. Check the billing machine and UPI QR are working.

Scan every item and check the price on screen.
Tell the customer the total clearly.
For UPI, wait until you see the payment received message on your screen or speaker, not only the customer's phone.
Count change back to the customer.

Count the drawer again with your supervisor. Report any difference honestly.
