Cleaning a guest room step by step

Knock and say "Housekeeping" twice. If there is a "Do not disturb" sign, don't enter. Keep your trolley at the door.

1. 1Open curtains and windows for air.
2. 2Remove rubbish and used linen.
3. 3Make the bed with fresh linen, corners tight.
4. 4Clean the bathroom: toilet, basin, shower, mirror, floor.
5. 5Dust from top to bottom, then sweep or vacuum.
6. 6Refill water, soap and towels.
7. 7Check everything once, then close the door.

If you find a guest's belongings, don't keep them. Hand them to your supervisor and note where you found them.
